These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using hdcareers.in, including public job listings, search and filters, resume matching, and links to career updates. “HD Careers,” “we,” and “our” refer to the website operator. “You” means the person using the website.

Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the services. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

Our services and independent status

HD Careers publishes information about jobs, internships, walk-ins, and other career opportunities. We organize information into summaries and categories to help visitors locate and review relevant openings. Public browsing does not require a candidate account.

We are an independent information platform. Unless explicitly stated, we do not act for the employers mentioned, make recruitment decisions, or operate their application systems. Displaying a company name or logo does not establish an affiliation or endorsement.

Our public job information and resume matching features are offered without a candidate fee. We do not sell guaranteed interviews, placements, or employment offers. If somebody claims to collect recruitment payments on our behalf, contact us to verify the claim before proceeding.

Job information and application responsibilities

Job summaries are intended to help you understand an opening, but the employer’s official posting is the final source for its requirements and application instructions. Eligibility, experience, qualifications, compensation, work arrangements, deadlines, and vacancies may change.

An “Active” label or verification date reflects the information available at the time of a check. Availability checks are not continuous guarantees. Some sources may block access, redirect, or fail to provide a clear closure notice. An expired listing may remain accessible as a reference page.

Before applying, verify the exact role and application URL. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to an employer and for meeting its application requirements. Following our Apply link does not submit an application, reserve a vacancy, or create a contract of employment.

Resume matching tool

The Resume ↔ Job Description Match tool compares text from a supported PDF, DOCX, or TXT file, or text you paste, against the requirements displayed on a job page. It may show skills, relevant experience, qualification, and overall match estimates.

Text extraction and matching can miss information or interpret it incorrectly. Date ranges, overlapping employment, abbreviations, and ambiguous qualifications may affect the result. You should inspect the extracted text and review each result before relying on it.

The score is not an employer’s ATS score or an official eligibility assessment. It does not predict or guarantee shortlisting, interviews, or selection. You may still apply when a score is low if you reasonably believe you meet the employer’s requirements.

Use only a resume you own or have permission to process. The matching feature processes contents in your browser and does not require uploading them to HD Careers’ servers. Selecting a file does not grant us ownership of your resume or permission to publish it.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful career research, personal job searches, and sharing genuine opportunities. You must not:

• Impersonate HD Careers, an employer, or another visitor.
• Use our name or pages to solicit fraudulent payments or personal information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrator functions or bypass security controls.
• Introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, or overload the website with abusive requests.
• Submit material that unlawfully infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Present altered or expired job information as a current, verified offer from us.

We may restrict abusive access or remove material where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics, and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how correspondence, technical requests, enabled traffic analytics, and optional advertising technologies are handled. The public resume matcher and employer application portals are separate services with different data-handling practices.

The administrator area may use authentication cookies. Optional technologies that require consent must be handled through the applicable consent controls; accepting these terms does not replace that consent. Browser controls may let you restrict cookies or scripts, although some functions may then be unavailable.

License and intellectual property

HD Careers retains rights in its original writing, website design, and other material it owns. Employer names, trademarks, logos, job descriptions, and third-party resources remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. We do not claim ownership of those materials.

You may browse, save, and print pages for personal career research, and share links to our public pages. Where permitted by law, you may quote limited extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source.

You must not sell or sublicense our original material, reproduce substantial portions for commercial redistribution without permission, or remove attribution to misrepresent ownership. These restrictions do not override statutory exceptions or rights granted directly by the relevant owner. Contact us with requests for broader reuse.

Feedback and corrections

You may contact us to report errors, expired listings, broken links, or suspected misuse. Provide the page URL and enough detail for us to investigate, avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. Only send material you are entitled to share.

We may use factual corrections to improve a listing. Sending a private message does not grant us a general license to publicly reproduce your personal information or resume. Our public pages do not currently provide a visitor comment-posting service; these terms do not assume that you publish comments on the website.

Hyperlinking and framing

Individuals, search engines, educational institutions, publishers, and other organizations may link to our public pages without seeking individual approval, provided the link is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Use our name, the page title, or its URL to identify the destination. Do not imply that HD Careers sponsors, employs, or endorses you unless we have expressly agreed. Do not use our logo in a way that suggests an official partnership.

Do not frame our pages so that their source is concealed or their presentation falsely appears to belong to you. We may request correction or removal of deceptive links or unauthorized uses of our branding. Ordinary sharing of a genuine job-page link is welcome.

External services and content

Employer portals, recruitment platforms, social networks, and advertising services operate under their own terms. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or decisions. Joining WhatsApp or Telegram channels, using Instagram, or submitting an employer application is subject to the relevant platform’s rules.

Links and advertisements do not guarantee the quality or suitability of a third-party service. If you believe a linked page is unsafe, inaccurate, or infringes your rights, contact us with supporting details. We will review the report and may amend or remove the link.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but maintenance, provider outages, technical faults, or changes to external sources may interrupt features. We may update or discontinue features as the service evolves.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, information and tools are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for your particular purpose. We are not responsible for an employer’s recruitment decisions or third-party actions.

Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections. Free access alone does not remove those protections.

Changes, questions, and disputes

We may revise these terms as our website or requirements change. The latest revision date will be displayed here. Material changes will be communicated where required; changes will not remove rights that have already arisen.

If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in this request prevents you from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
